Before the session of kundalini activation, you’ll receive simple preparation guidelines. You lie down on a yoga mat or other flat surface, relax your body and mind, close your eyes, and let go of expectations. The kundalini activation transmission lasts about an hour with music playing throughout.
In group sessions, I work with the collective field and individually with each participant, facilitating a safe kundalini activation experience. I may use light touch or no touch at all while directing the energy through somatic energy work. You remain fully conscious, even as your mind may shift into a meditative state.
After the activation, we close with a short sharing circle for integration. For those interested, online kundalini activation sessions are also available.

The practice is also not recommended for people under 18, as well as those with certain mental health conditions or who are currently taking antidepressants or psychiatric medications, since these factors can affect the body’s response to energetic work.

During the session, you will lie down on a yoga mat or any other flat surface with your eyes closed. There is nothing you need to do — no effort, no technique, no control. The facilitator acts as a tuning fork for the energy and may, in some cases, use light physical touch on specific energetic points or chakras to support the flow. Everything unfolds naturally and safely.
The individual process that unfolds during Kundalini Activation is completely unique each time. It never repeats — just like you cannot step into the same river twice. Every session reveals something new, meeting you precisely where your system is in that moment. The number of sessions you need is entirely personal and depends on your own intentions, pace and preferences.
The primary purpose of Kundalini Activation is not pleasure. This work supports personal growth through shifts in consciousness, as well as changes in the physical and energetic systems. When blocks are released, the process can sometimes bring discomfort or strong emotional experiences. The intention of the session is overall wellbeing — harmonization on all levels, inner coherence and self-development. Each session is unique and never repeats itself. Even experienced participants cannot predict whether the session will feel blissful, neutral or intense — the energy always meets you where you are.
From the outside, it may look similar, but once you experience a Kundalini Activation session yourself, it becomes clear that the two have nothing in common. The only shared element is that both processes begin with a decrease in activity within the autonomic nervous system. However, the mechanisms are fundamentally different: during hypnosis, activity increases in the anterior cingulate cortex, while during Kundalini Activation the stimulation occurs primarily within the pineal gland. The intentions, effects and underlying processes are completely different.
These concerns usually relate to other methods that forcefully manipulate Kundalini — where pressure, effort or artificial acceleration is applied to a person. In Kundalini Activation, the main safety principle is the complete absence of external influence or force. The individual activates their own energy and receives only what their system is naturally ready for. If someone isn’t ready, the process unfolds quietly and safely — they may even say, “I didn’t feel anything.”
